We worked closely FNH to firstly understand what they were looking for from this event, their likes, dislikes and then shared our ideas based on their inspiration.  This started with the core of the corporate festival event being our fabulous tipi structures which would be used to house the music entertainment, dancefloor and disco area, the main bar and a casual dining space for guests to use.  We also recommended a separate comfortable tipi space, away from the music for some chill-time for those guests who wanted to chat.

The next task was to secure the perfect venue.  We, at Blue Sky Tipis work with some fantastic venues and have special partnerships with several.  FNH were thrilled when we suggested Aldenham Country Park as this was geographically perfect for their staff to visit, it provides a beautiful and large scale setting for their event as well as providing exclusive use and privacy.

FNH wanted a festival feel, a fun and casual afternoon to evening event where their staff could relax, eat and drink as much as they wanted and enjoy entertainment throughout at this corporate festival event.  They wanted to delight and surprise their staff so we sourced and planned several different entertainers, including a fire performer, hula performer, several music acts and some casual entertainment with garden games too.

The food offering was varied and considered everyone with any dietary requirements whilst appealing to the masses with festival favourites; a traditional ice-cream truck, gourmet burgers and wood fired pizzas and then offering some more diverse options including Bao Buns, Burritos and churros.  These festival foods were all a huge hit with the guests who could wander up to any of the food trucks throughout the event and pick what they wanted.  Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options were included as a standard.

Drinks were a key element to the corporate festival event, ensuring there were multiple bars available providing summer cocktails, craft beers, excellent alcohol free options including gin and beer, as well as well thought-out soft drinks.  We also provided a barista truck serving gourmet coffee, tea and excellent hot chocolate to the guests throughout the corporate festival event.

Blue Sky Tipis team were on site for the whole event to project and event mange this corporate festival to ensure our key contact at FNH was able to relax and enjoy the event as much as the guests.

They enjoyed the event so much they have booked again for next year!
